A place for my photos and random thoughts

Airports are notorious for waiting, right up there with hospital deliver rooms. I found this man sitting outside the airport in the arrivals section patiently waiting for his ride. And as is the case now a days he was playing a game on his PDA or texting.

  1. Great spotting of an interesting composition. I have this image of you pulling your bags through the airport with one hand, the D300 in the other, hunting for the great image.

    • Almost, I stopped carrying a camera bag a couple of years agon. I’ve down sized what I carry to: one roller board and my RON bag (required by the company.) I wrap my D300 with the 35mm f1.8 mounted in a fleece top and place it in my roller board. I only shoot when I’m not working or use my iphone. In this image our hotel was near the airport but the closest coffee shop was in the airport. So off the airport I went. 🙂
